Bay Saint Louis is a city located in Hancock County, MS and is also the county seat. With a population of just under 13,000 the city is seeing a sudden increase of new residents. Bay St. Louis is still recovering from a devastating population and property loss from Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The city shares its borders with Pass Christian to the East, Waveland to the West and Diamondhead to the North. Residents enjoy the scenic views from various restaurants that line the bay view including local favorite The Blind Tiger. Bay St. Louis also has an amazing (and historic) downtown area which Bikers & Casual walkers will enjoy.

The Downtown area boast an amazing Self Guided Walking Tour visitors and residents will equally enjoy. Your tour will start at the Historic Depot (The Hancock County Visitor’s Center) and take you on a journey through streets lined with beautiful live oaks and buildings that have stood the test of time (and mother nature). The Downtown area (Actually Referred to as Old Town Bay St. Louis) is centralized just a few blocks off the beach itself and hosts both commercial and residential buildings intertwined which really gives off that old southern city vibe. During your walk you will pass by the original Hancock Bank branch location which called the city home in 1899.
